Today I have a fresh feeling. I woke up late for my class so I didn’t go;  however, I spent the morning with my family and managed to walk Lilo at the park. Although it is winter, but Cali is 84 degree.  it’s hot like summer. Đồ mua winter weekend này có xài được khỉ gì âu. Just this weekend alone, I spent good amount on shopping. It’s been a long time since I shop. By shop, I really mean shop–although it wasn’t like before because I tend to watch my budget now  but at least, tháng 12 hông mua đồ online to wear. I’m no longer an online shopping addict . So at the mall this weekend, I purchased a warm jacket, 2 tank tops, a nice sweater, another belt, a pair of jeans, a T-shirt, 2 pairs of shoes — one sling back and one boots, both are Aldo. Có ghé qua Macy’s & có để ý cái D&G sunglasses but ended up hông mua. I feel refresh. I feel like my old self again and I like it.

Early in December, mình có nói với ông Tờ là chắc mình sẽ bắt đầu học uống rượu –not beer–but rượu . He nói là con gái uống thì nhìn hông được hay cho lắm . I do agree because cái reason mình hông biết uống rượu is because mình hông thích chính bản thân mình uống . Thấy sao sao ý but that was just a crazy thought I have once in a while. So ông Tờ gọi, nói là có mua quà Christmas cho mình. It is 8 bottles of chill wine. Cái loại mà uống desert á, but they are also loại mà để kiển cho ẹp but if I want to open and try then I can. He mua bên Canada and sẽ send qua cho mình.

I’m done with cuốn 1984. It is an excellent book. I really like it. Very tense and on edge and it made me think a bit too. I am so mad at cuốn Anna Karenina because nó đến đoạn she cheated and got pregnant by Vronsky and yet told her husband and being stupid as she is right now. I mean, how could she do that to her husband.  I don’t like her husband but still, I don’t like infidelity.  It seems like the first book and 1st half of the 2nd book is all about infidelity 

Hum thứ 6, trong chỗ làm có sent cái email ra, nói là bị hiring freeze mà trong lúc đó mình mới kím ra được cái position mới mà mình interesting in. Nếu mà apply thì chưa chắc cái position sẽ còn open because nó freeze nguyên cả trường and if được offer thì mình sẽ mất seniority.  However, I do have faith in the Cal State system. I do believe that things do happen for a reason  if during the tough time mà vẫn còn a position open for my career thì cũng nên apply lấy hên. Tuần coming up này họ sẽ gởi cái procedure cho cái hiring freeze but apply thôi muh, có mất mát gì âu. So wish me luck.
